NEW MP-MULTICOAT-6000 SYSTEM
At Metal-Plasma we have installed the new MP-MULTICOAT-6000 system
This new system is finally operational; it is capable of coating large components with carbides and ceramics using the HVOF and APS process:
– SHAFTS / ROLLERS: up to 6 meters long and 2 meters in diameter
– RINGS / FLANGES: diameter up to 3.5 meters and a height of 1.5 meters
With this new machine we have the possibility to work on different types of components at the same time.
The process is managed by a 9-axis KAWASAKI robot.
The repeatability of the program is guaranteed.
Mp-6000-multicoat is always connected via tele-assistance
